- Online applications for Reception Class open - Friday 3rd November 2023
- Online applications for Reception close - Monday 15th January 2024
- Final date for acceptance of on-time changes to application details - Friday 9th February 2024
- National Offer Day: emails sent after 4pm - Tuesday 16th April 2024
- Deadline for places to be accepted or declined - Tuesday 30th April 2024
- Deadline for late applications and waiting list requests - Tuesday 30th April 2024
- Deadline for lodging appeals - Tuesday 14th May 2024
APPEALS PROCEDURE
If your child is due to start Primary school in September 2024, you can appeal if you are refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (Tuesday 16th April 2024).
You need to submit your appeal before Tuesday 14th May 2024 for it to be considered by Tuesday 16th July 2024. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department of Education.
For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department of Education.

NEXT STEPS
| Tuesday 16th April 2024 | Offers of school places are sent to parents via email after 4pm |
| Tuesday 30th April 2024 | Parents should contact the school before this date to accept/refuse the place that has been offered, and can also use the link in the offer email to ask for their child to be added to the waiting list of schools names on the original application. |
| Once confirmation of acceptance has been received a welcome letter will be sent out to parents. |
Visiting the School
We will be hosting open sessions for prospective parents and children to view the school on the following dates:
Monday 6th November 2023 - from 1:30 pm
Tuesday 7th November 2023 - from 1:30 pm
Thursday 9th November 2023 - from 1:30 pm
These sessions will be split into staggered appointments, when our year 6 children will be showing parents round the school.
We have two additional open sessions available on Wednesday 22nd November
at either 10:30 am or 1:30 pm
