TERMS 3 & 4

 We will be doing lots of exciting things in After School Club over the next couple of terms.  We have joined the RSPB Big British Bird Watch and the children will be looking to see which birds are visiting the school garden and then counting them.  They will be making bird feeders and fatballs for the garden ready for the big count.

We will be celebrating the Chinese New Year and having a food tasting,  the children have already started the decorations for  one of  our display boards. 

Valentines is also around the corner, so they will be making lots of things related to this.  

In Term 4 we shall be starting to plant some vegetable seeds to grow in the garden.  We have done this in the past and the children really enjoy watching the seeds grow and then afterwards eating the produce.

The children really enjoy cooking and they will be making Brownies, Cookies, sandwiches for their tea and of course pancakes.
