Curriculum Overview
Victoria Road Curriculum Offer
We strive to provide a curriculum that inspires a love of learning. At the centre of developing this curriculum is the growth and well-being of every child. We follow the National Curriculum broad range of academic subjects. Each subject is designed to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of pupils in the course of their time at primary school. We are also continually to develop our curriculum to ensure that it covers much more, including a comprehensive well-being programme and real-world learning projects that are relevant to the specific needs of our children.
There is a two year cycle of topics so that classes are able to plan and work together on exciting projects. Please see an outline of our whole school topic themes for this year. More specific details of each year group's coverage can be found on the Class Pages.
