Inspiring a Love of Learning

Class 6 (Lions) Parent Rep:

The Highway Man Poem - A. Noyles

An excellent performance by our Year 6 of 'The Highway Man' which they have memorised and retold with actions. Enjoy! We are all so proud of you.

Year 6 Sea Shanty song called Wellerman

This is an unaccompanied performance from our children of a sea shanty called ‘Wellerman’. The song describes a whaling ship called the 'Billy o' Tea' and its hunt for a right whale. The song describes how the ship's crew hope for a 'Wellerman' to arrive and bring them supplies of luxuries.
We wish our children lots of luck in their future and know that the challenges of the past two years have helped them become more resilient and courageous.

Gadget adverts

Year 6 children have done some persuasive writing about a new gadget. Some of them recorded an advert for their new device.
